Had to book a last-minute slot and they were communicative right away, texting to confirm my pup’s specific needs. On the day, someone checked for any sensitivities and handled him gently - even though he’s always a wriggler. It took a bit longer than expected, but they stayed professional and explained each step. He came home looking and smelling great. Will definitely return.
