I needed a custom-sized wool rug and someone from the team was quick to respond after my online enquiry. There was a minor delay in delivery, but they kept me updated and apologised - really professional. The installer was polite and laid it exactly where I wanted. The rug looks great and feels well-made, worth the wait.”
